How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you shortly after your purchase to ensure you know where your garments are at all times.
What are your delivery options?
We cover a variety of delivery options to ensure convenience for you. Please note that all outfits are bespoke and made to order. You should allow up to 3 weeks for your garment to be made plus time for delivery for your outfit to arrive. We will send you e-mail updates as we progress with your order.
Do you provide International delivery?
We do provide international delivery. We will advise you of the individual cost prior to accepting your order. You must specify your delivery location before finalising payment.
All customers have 14 days to ask for a refund from the date when their order is received. To be eligible for a refund, the products must not be used or damaged and in the original condition for refund to be issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if these conditions aren't met. The customer pays for the return shipping costs in all cases unless stated otherwise. We do not accept returns on products that are made to measure as your garment is bespoke. However in the unlikely event that your item isn't to the standard you expected, please send us an email and we will endeavour to resolve your concern. To request a refund, customers must contact us before returning a product via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I return a sale item?
We do issue refunds on sale items but only if the item meets the return requirements. Please go to Returns Policy above.
